Corey Smith is an experienced attorney with a focus on Taxation, Estate Planning, Business Planning, and Probate/Trust Administration. Corey began his legal career at the Idaho Office of the Attorney General, assigned to the Idaho Tax Commission, where he worked on issues related to individual and business income taxation, as well as income tax apportionment issues for multi-state entities. Since, Corey has gained valuable experience in law firms, as vice president of a financial institution, and as an accounting firm associate, specializing in Income and Sales Taxation for Limited Liability Companies, S-Corporations, C-Corporations, Non-Profit Organizations, and various Trusts. Laura Aschenbrener has a broad civil litigation practice with an emphasis on medical negligence defense, professional licensing defense, real estate, business, construction and commercial disputes at the trial and appellate level. She previously worked in the areas of criminal defense and child protection proceedings. After attending the University of Utah S.J.
