Jennifer Brumley

Jennifer has lived in Coeur d’Alene for nearly 50 years. She graduated from Coeur d’Alene High School and earned a Bachelor of Science in Communication and a secondary teaching certificate in Speech and Journalism from the University of Idaho.  She received her Juris Doctor from the University of Idaho College of Law. 

She began her legal career with the Spokane City Prosecutor’s Office in July 2000, then joined the Coeur d’Alene City Attorney’s Office, Criminal Division, in August 2001. In  January 2002, she became Managing Attorney of the Criminal Division.

In January 2005, Jennifer joined the law firm of Walker, Amendola, Andersen & Doty, PLLC, becoming a partner in July 2008, at what later became Amendola Doty & Brumley, PLLC. She practiced with the firm for more than 20 years. She is currently a partner at Lake City Law, PLLC, having joined the firm in December 2025.   Jennifer has been appointed to Idaho Supreme Court committees governing Child  Support, Court Assistance, and the Children and Families in the Courts Committee  (CFCC).  She is married to Kevin and has two children. In her spare time, she enjoys relaxing at  Priest Lake and spending time outdoors with family and friends.  Jennifer’s practice focuses on family law, including divorce, property division, child custody, termination of parental rights, adoption, and guardianship.
